By accessing or using the Sekuire platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Sekuire on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Sekuire provides identity, governance, and trust infrastructure for AI agents. This includes agent registration, cryptographic identity management, policy enforcement, audit logging, and trust verification services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and cryptographic keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sekuire in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the platform to register or manage agents that perform malicious, harmful, or illegal activities.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan you select. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sekuire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sekuire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
